Our Pet Policy

• Our community allows dogs and cats.
• No more than two (2) pets per apartment.
• We do not accept Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds. The property reserves the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed. We reserve the right to deny the pet application based on the breed, size, and behavior of the animal.

Pet Fees

• There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300.
• There is a monthly pet fee of $25 for 1 pet or $40 for 2 pets.
